Crowe MacKay & Company was court appointed as Receiver of Trenditech Inc. (the “Company”) on August 17, 2023. The Company uses innovative food waste solutions to rescue unsold and misfit produce from farms and manufacturers to make deliciously impactful ingredients. Trenditech offers custom upcycling solutions for farms or food manufacturers who have unsold food and byproducts .
The Receiver is currently conducting a sales and investment solicitation process (the “SISP”) of the Company’s assets, the final sale is subject to court approval. Please see below for the teaser letter with preliminary information on the Company, as well as details of the major assets for sale.
