On August 12, 2011 Crowe MacKay & Company was appointed Receiver of all assets and undertakings of Geoghegan Investments Ltd. dba Youbou Bar & Grill, a restaurant and liquor store near Duncan, BC. On August 18, 2011, Crowe MacKay & Company was appointed Receiver pursuant to an Order made in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
