On June 7, 2011 Crowe MacKay & Company was privately appointed Receiver of the assets, undertakings, and property of 0730970 BC Ltd. dba Green Gables Motel and Trailer Park in Chilliwack, BC. Crowe MacKay & Company was then appointed Receiver and Manager by the Supreme Court of British Columbia on July 8, 2011.
